Campaign: Challenging Wrongful Convictions in Joint Enterprise Cases

May 29, 2010

London Against Injustice has decided to present a paper to the Home Affairs Select Committee highlighting the injustices that have occurred as a direct response to Joint Enterprise convictions.

The campaign we are starting is ‘Challenging Wrongful Convictions in Joint Enterprises Cases’. We need to get the media involved if we want to change the public perception of this law.

Any assistance anyone may wish to offer in this campaign will be gratefully received.

If you would like to be included in the paper to the Home Affairs Select Committee, please contact us at the following email for more details: info@londonagainstinjustice.co.uk.
